Important Note About Ongoing Resort Development
Mailena Wellness Resort is currently under construction within the Mantarraya grounds. During daytime hours, guests may experience occasional, light construction noise, which is already reflected in our current reduced rates. Construction does not block ocean or island views, and full access to Villa del Palmar amenities next door remains available, including pools, restaurants, and beach services.
Beach access is uninterrupted via the east side of the property or through Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto.
Once Mailena Wellness Resort is completed, guests will enjoy on-site access to a world-class spa, wellness center, multiple restaurants, pools, and beach club—and nightly rates will increase accordingly. Until then, this is a unique opportunity to enjoy Mantarraya Residences at exceptional value.
